Stopped by for the first time and had such a great experience. Geoff was incredibly kind — when he found out it was my birthday, he surprised me with a muffin. It really made my day!

Excellent service and very kind people. My drink was especially well-made, looking very much like one of the starbucks ads that never quite match up to reality. Would go again :)

Wonderful service & the best end to a great weekend full of celebrations. I enquired if I could get my birthday drink (reward) & they unfortunately don’t accept the app however Kieran/Ciaran kindly offered to honour the offer & made my drink regardless. Greatly appreciated!

Had a lovely experience at the Starbucks in Edinburgh Airport. The staff was attentive and very kind. Received my order in less than 2 minutes after ordering, which was very efficient and before I left I was wished a safe flight too :)

I came in well before 5 am, and the team was smiling nonetheless. They were incredibly sweet and brightened up my morning before a very long journey ahead. The food and the drinks were also good, I would say better taste than the usual Starbucks.
